Progress Report: March 11
Tomorrow morning I have my pre-surgery consultation for a small procedure I’m having done on my spine to help mitigate the pain from some severe disc damage I have from a car wreck a few years ago. Supposedly I have gym plans with a friend afterwards, but if not it’ll be back to the studying grind, and I’ll just jog for a bit outside. I don’t plan on doing much more than cardio at the gym anyway.
More after the break.
Today’s progress report is going to be a little different, since I don’t have a weight or blood pressure measurement. It’ll mainly be about diet, and I’ll sort of extend the length of this report until I have all three fields to fill in.
Weight: Not measured.
Blood Pressure: Not measured.
Diet: I had a chicken sandwich for lunch, with some ketchup and mustard, apple slices, and half a coke. For dinner, I had a salad (actually, just lettuce) with no dressing, 1/2 slice of leftover pizza, and then several hours later a burger from Wendy’s. I don’t feel too bad about the burger since it was a standalone burger with no combo fries or a coke to go along wtih it.
Tomorrow morning I’m supposed to be going to sushi for dinner. Let’s see how well I can limit the sodium intake there (we’ll start with low sodium soy sauce, though I’m going to try and cut soy sauce out entirely).

Have you ever suffered from psoriasis? Did you know that psoriasis can lead to a form of arthritis known as psoriatic arthritis? Rarely, a person can have psoriatic arthritis without having obvious psoriasis. Usually, the more severe the skin symptoms are, the greater the likelihood a person will have psoriatic arthritis.
